This site will show my card creations and ongoing projects. I created my site to share with friends and family. It will also be a "test" for feedback on the possibility of starting a small business making cards and personalized calendars. Please scroll down or visit the archives to view photos. March through June 2015 !!!!! and a little July

It has been a while since I have posted any new pictures here! My "real" job has kept me quite busy! I have still been making the cards and have started on the yearly calendars I just haven't taken the time to put them here. The calendars are always a June start up thing. So far I have cut the pages for 15 calendars. I now need to sort them by month and get the dates printed up. Then I will start by pairing them up per calendar and who it goes to and eventually get all the 165 pages done a few at a time through November.
February birthday for a grand niece. Drawn and colored in.

March birthday for a niece and the mother of the above. Paper piecing.

April Birthday for one of my Grandsons. He is a great soccer player!

March birthday for my son and Dad to the above.

April birthday for another niece. No stamps, all hand drawn and colored.

same idea with different colors. I like this one the best. It is for another April birthday for my Daughter-in-law.

April birthday for my brother-in-law. Drawn and colored

Now on to Easter. Folded circles.

Ribbon pulled through slits in the paper with a button for the middle.

I drew the pictures on the squares and then mounted them.

I love this cute little bunny. paper piecing.

April anniversaries. This one is for my sister who loves hearts

For yet another niece

For my son and daughter-in-law

More Easter

Another CUTE bunny!Paper piecing cards are all hand cut, no punches or fancy machines.

Ribbon and paper strips are attached to a piece of paper before being put behind the cut out egg shapes.

I added the little bunnies that I copied from a plastic ring I had been saving.

These always turn out nice. I usually use a postcard or other picture. Cut it up and mount them puzzle style (when they get mixed up) then attach to card front.

May Anniversaries. For another sister and her husband

For my Father-in-law and step Mother-in-law

may birthday for another gran niece

Mother's day

This and the one above have the vases or pots drawn separately and attached to the card with foam squares.

Drawn and colored in with gel pens

More of the folded circles.

Flowers drawn. The  hardest part was deciding what paper strips were to go with each one. A great way to use up SOME of the scraps from the calendar pages I cut every year!

May birthday for a little cousin.

This is for an upcoming wedding in July. Another niece is getting married.

My Mom's birthday is July 5th. These circles are rolled rather than folded. The center is an old vintage button.

A grand niece from June 1st who turned 8

For my dad's birthday on the 28th of June. I look at a picture and begin drawing bringing in my own special flairs.

Now for father's day....for my Dad

For my son. Picture is from many years ago. My husband and the kids building with Lincoln logs on the front porch.

For my Father-in-law. This even older picture is of him with my husband learning to walk.
