August, September,Halloween, Thanksgiving
I know I am a bit behind AGAIN!! I am making them and getting the shots but not posting, here anyway.
Lets start where I left off on the last post.....August I have 2 birthdays, September has 2 birthdays and 2 anniversaries, October has Halloween 5 birthdays and an anniversary, November has 2 birthdays and Thanksgiving! I have all the Christmas cards done and stuffed, The calendars done other than one I want to add a few things to, 2 birthdays and 2 anniversaries for December. I won't post the December yet so that no one gets a sneak peek.
Not in order....... OK ........Thanksgiving first
I drew all of these. Pencil sketch first, then pens and colored pencils.
September....paper piecing all by hand and drawings
October...more drawings and paper piecing
Still October....this is a requested stocking for my niece, for her cat! The cat's name is Bluebonnet. I made the bluebonnet with puffy paint on felt and then used a blanket stitch to attach to the velvet stocking.
Notice the cuff with the also requested wording: Madison's sweet kitty Bluebonnet in the requested "gold glitter".
My sister, Melanie got 3 felt snowmen ornaments for her October birthday!
