June Birthdays

This one is for my Dad. This card was fun to make. I have had the paint can splatter paper for a while and have been looking for the right card to use it. I tink this was it!

This is for my Grand-neice who will be 1 on the 1st. We will celebrate her birthday on the 7th at her grandmothers house. I made her a Raggedy Ann. The Raggedy's dress is made from fabric left over from the blanket and bear I made for the baby shower.

May anniverssaries

I made this card for my Father-in-law and step Mother-in-law. I like the way this pattern is both simple and pretty at the same time.

This is for my Sister and Brother-in-law who celebrate 25 years tomorrow. They were in Arkansas visiting their two kids at college last month. They both graduated from College of the Ozarks in 1983 and got married there the same week. James surprised her by setting up with the chapel that they had their wedding so they could renew their vows while there. She also surprised him with a surprise Birthday dinner with old friends. I printed one of the wedding photos on velum and mounted it with foam squares.

Happy Mother's Day

I made 3 varieties of this "recipe" for 2 neices and my step MIL. I really like the way the first ones colors go together and "pop"! Lots of layers.

I made 2 of these ribbon flowers. One for my daughter and the other for one of my sisters. These are simple but turn out nice.

There are 3 of these using different color combinations. First I made them and then decided whose personality went with the card. One for my Step-Mom, one for a neice and one for my daughter-in-law.

I made 2 of these from a pattern in the March issue of Paper Crafts. As usual I added my own variations. The first photo is before the "bloom". You raise the tab on the right to see the flowers "bloom". I made one for my Mom and one for my other sister.
