March, April, May and June cards
Wow!!! I can't beleive the last time I posted was EASTER!!!!! I have been making cards but have been so busy that I haven't had the time to share any.
April Anniversary for my son and daughter-in-law. Drawn and colored, then layered with ribbon embelishment.
April birthday for my grandson. Drawn and colored, cut and mounted with foam tape. The wheels are buttons. He had a skating party.
April anniversary for a neice. Letters drawn freehand then cut from cover. A piece of colored paper is added behind that is attached with foam tape. Button heart .
For my Mom on Mother's Day. Two layers of the drawn flowers. One on paper and one on velum. The layers are joined with the ribbon at the top.
May Anniversary for my sister and brother-in-law celebrating 30 years! Vintage button at top. Again a stencil type for the letters that were drawn and cut.
May birthday for a grand-neice. Ribbon and trim scraps and a lady bug that has been waiting for the perfect place for a few years.
Mother's day cards. I made 9 of these in various colors and prints. The flowers are made from felt, pipecleaners and buttons. The front layer of paper has two slices making a place to thread the stem through.
April birthday for my brother-in-law. Circles cut from front and the patterened papers attached behind. Hand lettering
May birthday card for my brother. The speckled paper at the bottom is made by spritzing with water and then sprinkling cake sprinkles on top and spritzing again. Let dry and remove sprinkles.
For my son. I think this is a "cool" idea! Bomb is cut from the inside of an envelope saved from a Christmas card. These letters are attached with foam squares. The bomb pop has been sanded on the edges.
