I made 2 of this design. The flowers, leaves and "pot" are cut by hand. I then added some "sparkle sand" for detail before assembling onto the circle. I attached lace to the back side of the circle. This one is for my step Mom.

I drew and colored this one in with pencils and pens. For my darling daughter.

I cut the white with my old scalloped sewing shears and then made the holes with a large needle getting the effect of an expensive tool. This peice is attached with foam tape for depth. This one is for my daughter-in-law.

For one of my sisters. The little bird....her childhood nickname....is cut from a sample book page. The flower is 2 peices hand cut, outlined and shaded with colored pencils and attached with a button center.

For my other sister. Her daughter loves ladybugs so I thought the this one was fitting for her. I used color chips from the paint store for the squares. The flower in the lower right hand corner is also from one of the color cards I collected.

This one is for MOM. I looked for a piece of fabric in my scraps that would fray on the edges. The heart is cut from cardboard and covered with cardstock. i went through my "pearly" buttons and threaded them with various colors before arranging on the heart. The little spaces were filled in with pearl beads. The finished heart was applied with foam tape over the pearled trim that I got at a thrift shop.

This is the other one like the one at top. It is for my step mother-in-law.
