December birthday and anniversary cards

This card is for my dear friend in Tennesee! The roses, one of her favorite flowers are made by twisting fabric and anchoring with a few stitches. These take a little practice and the right sturdiness of fabric to come out looking like roses. The finished product is well worth it!

These next two show how you can change the papers and sentiment to make different cards. One is for my Step Mother-in-laws birthday and the other is for my Dad and Step-Mom's anniversary

Christmas Cards ...part 2

The last two that I made this year. The trees are cut from scraps, outlined with pencil and added with foam tape.

I have made these before both for cards and calendars. Again the pieces are cut, outlined and then attached to the card front.

This one is drawn and colored in with glitter and gel pens. I have a stocking I made in 2001 that I used for the idea.

Three Wise Men. Simple embroidery on cross stitch cloth. This one is for Mom.

The final cut of the "Charlie Brown Tree" card in the previous post. I did add the sentiment to the outside.

Rockin' around the Christmas Tree. A retro tree with sequin ornaments.

Upside down hearts cut with scalloped scissors and attached with foam tape.

Adorable little snowmen. I always have to have a few of them!

These are assembled with both straight and zig zag stitches on the machine.
