Thanksgiving cards

I cut out 3 leaves, scored and colored. I curled the edges and then attached with glue dots. I like the simple look and the combination of colors.

This is a picture of a quilt from a catalog and the "sign" is from a gift catalog. A quick and easy card.

Patchwork style: I cut out different papers and magazine photos and fit them together. I then added the ink stitches. I think the big leaf was the perfect final touch.

Another "tiled" design. These turn out really pretty once you get the right color combo for the background.

This is my version of one I saw in a craft magazine. Cutting the wind swirls was the toughest part.

Another simple one with a picture cut from a catalog. I really like the way it turned out on the crinkle paper.

This one came about because I wanted to make 3 more cards and used what cardstock was already cut and on my bench. This card looked like the perfect size for a door and I had a wreath sitting there waiting to be hung. So I used a colored pencil and drew in the panels of the door and made it look aged. Added a ribbon to the wreath and wa-la. This is one of my favorites!

i cut the acorn from patterened papers and added the "sign" from a catalog picture. Those catalogs come in very handy!

Layers of paper and again, the middle is from a card catalog.

More layers and another catalog center. The combination of papers really make nothing into something!

I added the pumpkins with foam dots for a little variety.

Quilled acorns were added to the corner.
