Baby gift and card

My sister is expecting her first bundle of joy the end of October. This is the birth announcement that I make for all expecting parents. Each have their own special touches for varrying personalities.

This is the flannel quilted blanket and matching robe that I made for the little one.

September cards

The clown is for my youngest grandson. He will be ONE on the 13th. I have made a couple of other clowns in the past. One with balloons for his older brother on his first birthday and another more "girly" one for my grand neice.


These terrycloth puppets are also for my grandson. I made up a gift bag with the puppets, bubble bath, toy boats and a bathtub book. I found this pattern in a crafts book I got from the liabrary back in the 70's. I have made a few of these over the years.


This card is for my neice and her husband. She is in Tx with her 2 girls while her husband is training for the special forces in Viginia (I think). They will be joining him in a couple of years. She said that she hasn't talked with him in a while but that he will be calling in about 3 weeks. Just in time for their anniversary. Don't know if it is coincedence or if it was planned.
