More Valentines and February birthdays
I made this card for one of my grand-neices. She will be 11 this year. I like the way that the color blocking design turns out. This is the 4th one I have made over the past few years.
This one is for my "neice-in-law". I used recycled paper from an ad or something that came in the mail for the fence. It has a raised wood grain. It is amazing what you can recycle to use on cards!
This is for a cousin-in-law. I hope the coffee beans stay attached as they are fresh and a bit oily. I have made a similar card before but the beans were old.
I made this collage card from actual "vintage"
Valentines. The kind you punch out and pass out at school....remember those? I arranged them on red paper and then cut the extra adges off, matted on black and attached to card. For my sister.

I love the simplicity of this one! I took a black gel ink pen and hand lettered the writting filling in the hearts with red rather than the black in the "recipe". This one is for my hubby.
